The home is set on the outskirts of the town of Hornchurch, East London with excellent public transport links to Central London, the Southeast and beyond.
Each person we support will have a person-centred support plan, which is designed to empower people to build on their existing skills. Our staff team focus their support on encouraging individuals to become more independent.
Development of life skills is encouraged such as shopping, meal planning and meal preparation, and people we support are enabled to access social and leisure activities within the community, as well as being encouraged to seek voluntary employment opportunities and make social connections.
Through the care that we provide, we enable every individual to achieve their goals and aspirations. In recent years, the people we support have achieved a number of aspirations including attending live football matches and having a trial flying lesson in a light aircraft.
