Searsons Way is a 24-hour residential home for up to 4 adults, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs. We support people living in Searsons Way to lead active lives in which their individuality, independence, dignity and respect are maintained. Staff training includes Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), Positive Management Support (PMS), and Makaton. We also have a Behavioral Team within our Organisation to support/consult with the home in working with complex needs. We fully embrace person centred planning.
