The home has five, fully-accessible bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a communal lounge. We have a large garden where we are fortunate to have a large summer house with electricity and heating, which means we can use this all year round. The local area also has lots of lovely countryside to explore and small shops, cafes and pubs to socialise in.
“Staff provided care which was respectful and ensured each person’s dignity was maintained. Relationships had been established and people’s wishes were followed using a range of communication methods. Relatives were made welcome and people could access advocates if required.”
