Ambito Care and Education

Our
Residential
Homes

We offer a wide range of residential homes across England and Wales, including for those who have encountered a traumatic experience, have behavioural or mental health difficulties, learning and physical disabilities.

We believe that residential care can be a positive choice and experience at a critical time in a young person’s life, providing them with skilled, personalised support from committed staff in a caring and structured environment. Each young person is encouraged by positive role models to take an active role in their local community helping them prepare for adulthood and independence.

“You have allowed me to have experiences I never thought I would have the chance to fulfil. I appreciate everything you that you have done to help me achieve one of the best years of my life.”

Intensive Therapeutic Homes

Our therapeutic homes provide full time treatment programmes to young people aged 5-18 who have experienced trauma, have behavioural or mental health difficulties and are, or have been, at risk of sexual exploitation. We use a Stabilisation Model that is based on a ‘whole team’ relationship-based approach to support the young person to improve emotional stability and behavioural control. This is achieved through our safe environments that encourage exploration, understanding and improved resilience.
