Our services provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can meet their personal aspirations and pursue their future goals.
For us, it’s more than just accommodation and personal care.

Staff will enable and empower individuals in all aspects of their life, including decision-making, skill development and self-advocacy.

Every individual we support has a unique support plan. This can include both regular, daily and ‘as required’ activities, such as support with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, access to sports, volunteering, learning, employment and leisure activities. Individuals are encouraged to be involved in making decisions about how the service is run, including arranging activities, decorating the home and days out.

Each environment is purpose built to ensure accessibility, with wheelchair adapted homes, a variety of aids and adaptions, and technology enabled care, all bespoke to each individuals’ needs.

“A key strength of the school is the trans-disciplinary team approach to support pupils’ academic and personal development. A wide range of professionals work side by side across the school site. Their combined expertise ensures that pupils benefit from high levels of challenge in a safe and nurturing environment. As a result pupils thrive, develop increasing independence and love coming to school.”
