Salutem Care and Education are delighted to have been named as a finalist in the Specialist Care Provider of the Year category at the HealthInvestor Awards 2022. The award for this category recognises excellence in care provided for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health problems.

With a high volume of entries received every year, the annual HealthInvestor Awards are one of the most sought after and well-respected awards, promoting and recognising excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievements in the care sector.

Salutem Care and Education have been recognised for our efforts to help the people we support live their best lives throughout the coronavirus pandemic. When Covid caused the world to stop, we had to keep going, pioneering ways to keep our community safe. Many of the individuals we support didn’t understand Covid-19, and had no idea why there were restrictions in place. The world was already a challenge for them, and they needed our support, and for us to keep them safe even more than ever before.

That’s why we introduced key changes that set us apart from our industry competitors, including building better internal communication and conversations across all levels of the business, and putting innovative policies in place to keep everyone safe – including a mandatory vaccine policy before the Government followed suit.

In 2022, the HealthInvestor Awards takes place on 8 June at the JW Marriot Grosvenor House with more than 1,200 guests and companies looking to compete in the most prestigious and well-attended awards ceremony in the health and social care sector.

We are Salutem Care and Education.

At our core, we’re a team of people supporting people to live a life they love. We provide a range of care, from schools, to day centres, to residential homes and supported living for children and adults. Just like any family, we want the very best for the individuals we support. Our aim is to empower people to live a life they not only choose to live, but a life they love to live, regardless of the care and support they need. That’s what makes us HumanKind.
